After you click the "Agree to above legal terms and file with OCPF" button, the report will upload to the EFS and you will receive a receipt.
If there was a problem with the report, you will get red error messages telling you why your report could not be e-filed. One or more messages will be displayed, identifying the record(s) or data that caused the error(s) and explaining why the error occurred. You can go back to the "My Drafts" page, edit the report, and re-submit it. If you continue to receive reporting error messages, contact OCPF Technical Support at (617) 979-8300 for assistance.
If your report is successful, you will receive a message marked, "Successful E-Filing Receipt." The receipt will have sufficient identifying information about the report to verify which report was filed and will have the exact date and time of the successful EFS transmission. You can print out the receipt, if it is convenient to do so. If it is not possible to print out the receipt right away, successful receipts are now saved in a log for you so that you can view or print them at any time. You can log on to the EFS and click on the "E-Filing Receipts" link on the navigation bar to view or print your receipts, whenever it is convenient.
