Depository Reports

In the depository reporting system the candidates for constitutional (statewide) offices, county offices and the citywide offices in Boston, Cambridge, Lowell, Springfield and Worcester, and their designated depository banks, file campaign finance reports with OCPF by the following schedule:

In an off-election year, and for the first six months of an election year, the depository banks and candidates file:

Full (Full month report) - The reporting period is the first through the last day of the month and it is e-filed by the 5th day of the following month.

In the last six months of an election year (July - December), the banks and candidates file bi-weekly:

I (Partial month, first half report) - The reporting period is the first through the fifteenth of the month and it is e-filed by the 20th of the month.
II (Partial month, last half report) - The reporting period is the sixteenth through the last day of the month and it is e-filed by the 5th day of the following month.

The Depository Reports page groups the candidates' reports by office and by year for easier viewing. The information goes back to 2002, the year e-filing commenced.
